Spring Training is a progressive online training course with easily accessible classes. Every Sunday at 4pm Pacific, a new set of classes are posted.
For best results practice “Strength & Power” and “Burst of Energy” 2x each week and do “Core & Restore” 1-3x each week.
Then check-in LIVE with Dana at 8am Pacific Sunday’s for Reset with weekly tips and lots of motivation.
Train anywhere on your own time for 8-consecutive weeks, imagine the results.

Follow the classes below during the week then join Dana LIVE every Sunday.

Strength & Power – Week 5
45 min. A moderate paced full body strengthening class. Focuses on detailed alignment and range of motion to increase body awareness and power.

Burst of Energy – Week 5
High-energy, sweat-dripping & calorie cooking in 30-non-stop minutes. Focuses on lower body and core, grab a towel.

Core & Restore – Week 5
30 mins – An essential class for flexibility, recovery, and better results. Uses core-work as a warmup followed by deep therapeutic stretches and restorative yoga.
