For decades I have lived and breathed fitness and yoga. Teaching thousands of students globally from Los Angeles to Tokyo to Dusseldorf, Amsterdam and Tulum. I’ve trained celebrities, business moguls and athletes; and opened dynamic yoga and high energy cycling studios in downtown San Diego.
Behind the Scenes…
When I hit mid-life, everything changed. I began having hormonal issues, injuries were occurring from a life of dance, fitness and over use.
And the biggest shift for me was my energy. At a time when I needed to shine, with multiple studios, workshops, training and philanthropic events.
Behind the scenes I was depleted energetically. I was getting worn down.
Worn Down to Wellness…
What worked for me with fitness and yoga in my 20’s, 30’s and early 40’s was no longer working. I needed to re-balance my body and mind.
I realized many women were experiencing the same. Busy professional women trying to navigate through midlife. Wanting to maintain their strength, energy, cognitive function and confidence.
What is it?
My new system is thoughtfully designed for midlife women who want to feel strong, energized and fully confident as they navigate their way through this powerful stage of life.
I combine smart strength training with mind-body wellness practices to support hormonal balance, boost metabolism and build lasting resilience both physically and mentally.
This isn’t about quick fixes or pushing through exhaustion. It’s about sustainable strength, renewed energy and reconnecting with yourself.
