Step 1. Plan Your Week
Planning your week helps you to keep your commitment to yourself and stick to your body/mind/fit plan.
Each week’s schedule is published on Sunday at 4:00pm. From the website LOGIN and then click on DAILY SCHEDULE, the live streaming schedule page. Select your class(es) and Add to Calendar to create an alert in your calendar 10 mins before class starts.
Step 2. Download the Zoom App
Make sure you have the Free Zoom app downloaded on your device. If you don’t select the appropriate one from the Zoom Download Center.
Step 3. Join Class
If you have created a calendar event that includes the link to Zoom. If not go to DAILY SCHEDULE, the live streaming schedule page, select your class and and Take Class.
You can join before or up to 5-mins after the scheduled class time. You will be placed in a waiting room and admitted into class when it starts. Please make sure your video is off and your microphone is muted. Get ready to make a positive impact on your day!
