Step 1. Plan Your Week
Planning your week helps you to keep your commitment to yourself and stick to your body/mind/fit plan.
Each week’s schedule is published on Sunday at 5:00pm. Make sure you’re signed in then go to the schedule page, and click on the ‘Add to Calendar’ button to add your plan to your calendar. The calendar entry alert is set to 10 mins before class time to allow time to prepare.
Step 2. Download the Zoom App
Make sure you have the Free Zoom app downloaded on your device. If you don’t you can select the appropriate one from the Zoom Download Center.
Step 3. Join Class
If you have created a calendar event that will include the link to Zoom. If not go to the schedule page and click on the link.
You can join up to 5-mins after the scheduled class time. You will be placed in a waiting room and then admitted into class when it starts. Please make sure your video is off and your microphone is muted. And get ready to make a positive impact on your day!
