  • 1/2 cup raw coconut butter
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 3 shots of espresso
  • optional sweetener: stevia, agave, liquid monk fruit


  1. Melt coconut butter in micro a few seconds till soft.
  2. Melt coconut oil in micro till liquid.
  3. Mix together all ingredients.
  4. Pour into silicone mini-muffin pan.
  5. Freeze 30 minutes.
