Ingredients
- 2 organic large free-range eggs
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- agave to sweeten
Method
- Place all ingredients in blender or Vitamix.
- Blend on high 2-minutes till frothy.
