  • 2 organic large free-range eggs
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cloves 
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • agave to sweeten


  1. Place all ingredients in blender or Vitamix.
  2. Blend on high 2-minutes till frothy.
